Patrona was founded by two friends from Colombia’s western coast, hailing from the lively cities of Barranquilla and Santa Marta. Growing up surrounded by the bold flavors and fresh ingredients of coastal Colombian cuisine, they dreamed of sharing their heritage beyond Colombia. When they moved to Pawtucket, they saw an opportunity to bring these beloved tastes and traditions to their new community.
